Shipping Policy

All orders will ship UPS, FedEx and other Shipping Carriers, at a Automatic Adjustable Rate per Zip-code. Shipping time may vary from 3-7+ days depending on distance of travel. Wild Sales & Marketing will reship any broken or damaged product. Please notify WildSales@wildsalesandmarketing.com within 14 Days. Make sure to include Order Number, Shipping Address, First & Last Name when reporting your issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 1. Email our customer support at WildSales@wildsalesandmarketing.com along with your order number and let us know that you are interested in returning your order.

  • 2. We will be sure to Contact you within 24 Hours and assist you return your item.

  • 3. Mail your item back to the address our Customer Support provides (you will be required to pay for postage).

  • 4. Upon receiving the item back, Refund Processing will take between 2-3 business days.

  • 5. ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER

Warranty Coverage
 

- Batteries charged below 14°F (-10°C).

- Misuse or use not in accordance with product instructions

- Damage from hail, high winds, puncture damage, or Natural Occurring Event

-Accidental Damage

- Normal Wear and tear

- Warranty does not cover defective product as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing of the Unit
